It was against the reserves, so you can’t go overboard with it.
But the 74-yard house call kept the Huskers from being shutout for the first time in 27 years and first time at home since 1968.
We’ll see if Fleeks starts to see his role grow as Nebraska looks for running back help.
Fleeks got an overall grade of 90.0 by PFF.
Quarterback Heinrich Haarberg was Nebraska’s second highest offensive rated player at 72.6 and Emmett Johnson was next at 70.5
On defense the top grade went to Princewill Umanmielen, rating a 79.3 overall on his 10 snaps and a sturdy pass rush grade of 77.9.
Javin Wright also received good grades. I know he missed a couple tackles, which PFF did knock him for, but he also had an overall grade of 74.6 and pass rush mark of 85.2.
