Gino, 52, is an automotive engineer from Michigan who met former American literature teacher Jasmine, 36, on a dating platform. Gino and Jasmine’s relationship seemed toxic from the start as he started giving her money to keep her happy. Jasmine also wanted receipts of where Gino was and who he was with while they were in a long-distance relationship. When Gino came to Panama to see her, Jasmine threw temper tantrums to get what she wanted.
After two seasons of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, Jasmine came to America on a K-1 visa. She’s been adjusting to life in Canton while also nitpicking Gino’s living situation and his overall behavior in great detail. Jasmine’s latest mission is to get her 90 Day Fiancé partner to convert to veganism.
In a clip from 90 Day Fiancé season 10, Jasmine can be seen talking about how there’s «nothing more attractive» than a man who cares about animals. «But Gino is the most carnivore person in the world, I hate to say it,» she adds. She reveals that she plans to «slowly transition» him to veganism. «I won’t even tell him,» she says.

«He knows that I’m vegan, and I take it very seriously,» continues Jasmine. She considers it to be her religion. In the comments section, fans expressed their disappointment in Jasmine’s attitude. «I will never understand why people date/marry people thinking they can change them into being what they[‘ve] never been. That is very toxic of her,» one fan commented. «Leave him alone stop being controlling, he loves meat and you love vegan, ok leave it at that!» said someone else. Fans slammed Jasmine for trying to shove her belief down her partner’s throat. One viewer wanted to know why Jasmine is with Gino if she seemingly doesn’t like anything about him.
Jasmine has often been seen manipulating Gino into doing what she feels is right by screaming and yelling at him. Gino is someone who tries to keep Jasmine happy in the relationship by eventually agreeing with what she wants him to do. Gino has been shamed by Jasmine on camera. She’s even tried to make him jealous by telling him about a sex video she made with her ex-boyfriend Dane when, in reality, no such video seemingly existed. She’s threatened to leave him several times and, more recently, told Gino about how she spent her wedding dress allowance on butt implants that she didn’t even need.
Although Gino’s face reveals he’s at his breaking point, he gives in to Jasmine’s demands on 90 Day Fiancé. Jasmine has been successful in controlling Gino throughout the time they were in a long-distance relationship, and now that she’s with him in person, things can only get easier for the Panamanian beauty. Jasmine might successfully turn Gino into a vegan by the end of the season if everything goes according to her plan. There have been worse things she’s made Gino do in the past, and getting him to adapt to a new diet is not at all impossible for Jasmine.
