Week ten in the Big Ten saw one of the biggest games of the college football season take place as the No. 4 Ohio State Buckeyes traveled to State College, Pennsylvania and defeated the No. 3 Penn State Nittany Lions 20-13. It’s the eighth straight season that the Buckeyes got the best of the Nittany Lions.
Following the week 10 results, ESPN’s FPI has been updated with the latest results. Overall, 16 of the Big Ten’s 18 teams saw some sort of movement in the latest update.
The biggest winner in the FPI this week was the Iowa Hawkeyes, who moved up six spots after a dominant win over the Wisconsin Badgers. The Minnesota Golden Gophers, winners of four straight, moved up four spots this week after a win over the Illinois Fighting Illini, while the UCLA Bruins also moved up four spots after this weekend’s win over the Huskers.
The biggest losers included the Cornhuskers following their 27-20 loss to UCLA as well as the Michigan Wolverines who fell seven spots after a 38-17 blowout loss to the No. 1 Oregon Ducks.
