Tigerlily Taylor is regretting getting married to Adnan Abdelfattah from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days because of his rules, even though she’s much older than him. Tigerlily might be older than Adnan, but she hasn’t shown a lot of maturity in the season 8 relationship. Tigerlily met Adnan on Instagram and was so smitten by him that she decided he would immediately become her next husband. Tigerlily met Adnan in person after four months and married him on the same day.
Tigerlily has said that she would have married him sooner if she didn’t have prior work commitments. According to Tigerlily, she was in a controlling marriage before she met Adnan. Tigerlily’s ex-husband had made her feel like a bird trapped in a golden cage. However, as she is spending time with Adnan, she’s realizing he’s no different if not much worse. Tigerlily’s husband wants her to cover up, have no male friends or health professionals, and even produce five kids at her age.
Tigerlily is currently 42 years old. She filmed the show when she was 41 years old. Tigerlily flew to Jordan in September 2023 to get married to Adnan. During her first-ever confessional on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7, Tigerlily explained that she became pregnant when she was 31 years old and got married to her baby daddy. Tigerlily was talking about her second ex-husband, Darren Taylor, at the time.
Tigerlily was married to a man named Adam Azulai in 2011. Tigerlily was 29 years old during her first marriage. However, it only lasted for a few months and Tigerlily thinks of it as unimportant to mention on TV. During her marriage to Darren, Tigerlily had two sons, Finn and Roux. Finn was born in 2013 and Roux was born in 2017. Tigerlily homeschooled both her sons until recently. Her older son has recently started school while her younger child is still being homeschooled because he has anaphylactic food allergies to almost everything.
Adnan has become a stepfather to Tigerlily’s sons at the age of 22. As per Tigerlily, her sons love and accept the Jordanian man. They also used to chat with him on video when Tigerlily had not flown to Amman to meet Adnan. Tigerlily’s husband also accepts her new marriage. Adnan used to work as a model back home. He also owns a few businesses. It’s not known why Adnan chose to marry this young, especially when he had a promising career ahead of him. However, Adnan doesn’t really care that Tigerlily is almost two decades older than him.
Tigerlily believes that age is just a number. When a fan asked Tigerlily if Adnan’s age affects their relationship, she said, “He acts like he’s 80,” Tigerlily claimed, while adding that she acts like she’s 10 years old. Tigerlily also has a baby voice when she talks to Adnan, acting like she wants to be in submission around him. However, if that’s the case, she’s allowing him to dictate what she does and what she wears. If she had put her foot down the first time Adnan asked her to follow some absurd rule, he would have known his limits.
