INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (KSNB) – Four former Nebraska football players have been invited to the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine, the league announced on Thursday.
Tight end Thomas Fidone II, wide receiver Isaiah Neyor, defensive lineman Ty Robinson and defensive back Tommi Hill were among the 329 players were selected to participate in this year’s event, which runs from Feb. 24 to March 3 in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil Stadium.
A notable omission is defensive lineman Nash Hutmacher, who played in the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl with Neyor on Jan. 30
Huskers Invited to NFL Combine
- Thomas Fidone II, TE – Fidone II was a Mackey Award watch list selection as a junior at Nebraska in 2024 and appeared in all 13 games, making nine starts. He recorded career highs with 36 receptions for 373 yards, finishing fourth on the team in catches. Fidone hauled in multiple receptions in 10 of 13 games during the season. He participated in the 2025 Reese’s Senior Bowl on Feb. 1.
- Isaiah Neyor, WR – After transferring to Nebraska following stops at Wyoming and Texas, Neyor appeared in 12 games during the 2024 season with nine starts. He led the Huskers with five receiving touchdowns and finished second on the team with 455 yards on 34 receptions. He played in the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl on Jan. 30.
- Ty Robinson, DL – Robinson started all 13 games as a senior at Nebraska in 2024, finishing his career with 60 games played, tying the school record. He set career highs with 37 tackles, 12 tackles for loss and seven sacks, leading the team in the latter two categories. Robinson also recorded four pass breakups, a blocked field goal and a safety, ranking third on the team in breakups. He earned second-team All-Big Ten honors from the Associated Press and was named to the third team by Big Ten coaches and media. He participated in the 2025 Reese’s Senior Bowl on Feb. 1.
- Tommi Hill, DB – Hill battled a foot injury throughout the 2024 season, his third at Nebraska after transferring from Arizona State, but managed to appear in seven games, making five starts. He recorded 21 tackles, 0.5 tackles for loss one pass breakup, and one interception, which he returned for a touchdown against Colorado. He participated in the 2025 Reese’s Senior Bowl on Feb. 1.
The 2025 NFL Combine will feature live coverage beginning Feb. 27 on NFL Network and NFL+. Nebraska’s four invitees will look to make a strong impression ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft, which takes place April 24-26 in Detroit.
