The 90 Day Fiance star has already had multiple procedures to enhance her looks, including C-sections from her pregnancies, a Mommy Makeover, and a recent belly button revision. Now, she has hinted at another surgery through an Instagram post showing an empty procedure bed at a doctor’s office, with a caption praising her doctor, Dr. Remberto Santos, who also delivered her children on the show.
Loren’s post raised questions because it is unusual to share such a photo for a routine visit. Her use of «LFG! » suggests she’s anticipating something exciting.
Last week, her husband, Alexei Brovarnik, shared a picture of them with Dr. Santos, indicating a recent visit to the doctor. Dr. Santos specializes not only in gynecology and obstetrics but also in advanced surgical techniques.
Although it remains unclear what Loren’s specific plans are, she has left the possibility of more cosmetic surgeries open. During a visit to her plastic surgeon, Dr. Dev Vibhakar, in November 2024, she hinted at future procedures, saying “never say never. ”
Loren’s past surgeries have targeted various body areas, with her Mommy Makeover including a tummy tuck and fat transfer instead of breast implants. After her surgery, she expressed some dissatisfaction, wanting a second fat transfer for larger breasts despite her family’s objections.
Despite facing criticism online and from family, Loren stands by her surgical choices. She recently emphasized that her decisions are for her happiness and well-being, supported by her husband and her doctor. Season 11 of 90 Day Fiance is set to premiere on February 16, 2025.
