’90 Day Fiancé’ Star David Toborowsky Threatens Legal Action Against Social Media Troll Over Abandonment Claims.
«90 Day Fiancé» personality David Toborowsky is fiercely defending his reputation as a father, threatening legal action against a social media user who accused him of abandoning his older children.
The controversy erupted after David, who recently welcomed his first child with his wife Annie Suwan, a daughter named Minthira, shared a photo of his newborn on Facebook.
A commenter responded with a scathing accusation, writing, “Omg STOP you abandoned your own children that are grown and now this…sick old pedofile.”
David, known for his usually affable demeanor, swiftly and strongly refuted the claim. He directly addressed the commenter, «Stephanie Hide STFU and the next time you slander me I can and will sue you so either that said get off MY page before you find out what it means economically.»
David also received support from his Facebook followers, who rallied against the troll’s comment.
The accusation likely stems from David’s past, as his adult daughter, Ashley, from his first marriage, had publicly spoken about feeling abandoned by her father when David and Annie first appeared on «90 Day Fiancé.» Ashley had been vocal about his absence from her and her siblings’ lives.
However, there have been indications of improvement in David’s relationship with his older children. He recently shared throwback baby photos of Ashley, Jacob, and Brittani on Instagram, expressing pride in being their father and acknowledging his four «amazing children,» including the newborn Minthira.
While David’s three older children, who are now adults, have not yet met their new sibling in person as Minthira remains in Thailand with her parents, David’s strong reaction to the online accusations underscores his sensitivity regarding claims about his relationship with his children. His threat of a lawsuit signals his determination to protect his reputation as a father.
