90 Day Fiance drama is heating up between Hamza Moknii and his estranged ex, Memphis Smith, mainly as the pair were in the middle of a drama-filled divorce. And adding even more to the pile, the man from Tunisia wants a DNA test to prove the daughter they share is his.
Even before things took a turn for the worse between Hamza Moknii and Memphis Smith in terms of all that they’ve been through off-camera since filming their season, things got off on the wrong foot right from the start.
Despite Hamza’s religion, which prohibits him from sharing the same bed with Memphis prior to being married, the twosome snuck around. And, making matters worse, they did so under his mother’s roof in Tunisia. And since that time, things have gone from bad to worse for these two.
It turns out, things didn’t last long between Memphis Smith and Hamza Moknii once he got to America. And, instead of living in Michigan with Memphis, Hamza moved to Chicago. And for months, he lamented the fact that he hadn’t seen the daughter he shares with the American woman – Kiori Love Moknii.
Indeed, this kicked off a he-said, she-said slander campaign on social media from both sides. Memphis’ mother claimed Hamza was abusive to her daughter. And in his corner, Hamza’s sister came out swinging to defend her brother. Even though Hamza eventually got to see his daughter, things got even uglier as the duo were in the middle of a divorce.
The latest tea in the middle of this divorce drama says that Hamza Moknii wants a DNA test to prove that Kiori is his child. Interestingly, Hamza seems to have the same doubts that many 90 Day Fiance fans expressed from the beginning – that Memphis may have been pregnant before she even landed in Tunisia to see him.
And now, it seems Hamza is convinced that Memphis was having “sexual relations” with her ex-husband while Memphis and Hamza were together. What’s more, Hamza believes, like many fans have expressed, that Memphis might have already been with child when she landed in Tunisia for the first time.
Ironically, Memphis and Hamza have had more drama away from the cameras than they ever had on. The pair’s divorce was finalized on October 28, 2022, with Hamza ordered to pay child support for Kiori.

But, if he believes the little girl isn’t his, it makes sense that he wants the DNA test to give a definitive answer – and also something to get him out of paying child support if he’s not actually the father.
Thickening the plot even more, this revelation from Hamza comes on the heels of Memphis recently filing for bankruptcy. So, it’ll be interesting to see if a DNA test comes into play. Because, with Memphis seemingly experiencing financial woes, that child support from Hamza looks to be coming in handy.
