Loren Goldstone Brovarnik is open about her postpartum depression. The 90 Day Fiance reality star gave birth to her third child six months ago.
She and her husband, Alexei Brovarnik, welcomed their first daughter, Ariel Brovarnik. As a mother of three, seeing her children grow up has made her go through many different emotions.
Loren recently had a “mental breakdown” in her car. She admits to sitting in it and crying for no reason. The TLC star blames her hormones for the sudden outburst of tears. She feels that her postpartum depression has been a rollercoaster.
Loren Brovarnik knows that people who have been through postpartum depression understand how she’s feeling. So, the 90 Day Fiance cast member doesn’t feel the need to explain it. But she also knows that there are people who don’t understand it.
Loren Brovarnik reveals she is relapsing “hard” with her postpartum depression. She thinks it’s because her little ones “are getting so big.” She knows that they are still babies. But, in her mind, they are no longer babies and are growing up. And that thought makes her get emotional.
Loren explains that her zodiac sign is cancer. The 90 Day Fiance star also says she’s an “extremist thinker.” So, she is an emotional person and always thinks about the “worst-case scenario.” She also admits to being “super extra.”
According to Loren, she gets into her head about everything. She starts to get emotional thinking about having a soon-to-be three-year-old, 18-month-old and six-month-old kid. The TLC star finds it “insane.” She feels that time has been going by so fast.
So, when Loren starts to get into her head and think about her kids growing up, she sits in her car and cries it out. She believes that everyone needs a good cry.
Loren Brovarnik may be having a few more car crying sessions soon. She and her family are on spring break, which means all three kids are home all day for a week. She says she’s “fine” about it, and everything will be fine. But, after a breakdown in her vehicle, it will be a big challenge.
Loren became a first-time mother back in 2020. She and Alexei Brovarnik became parents to a baby boy, Shai Brovarnik. Not long after his birth, the 90 Day Fiance couple discovered they were expecting another baby.
Asher Brovarnik was born in 2021. And a few months later, they were surprised when they found out baby #3 was on the way. Ariel was born in 2022.
The TLC celeb is no stranger to postpartum depression. Being a mother of three, dealing with emotional rollercoasters is nothing new. But will she be able to survive spring break without shedding a tear?
