Kara Bass and Guillermo Rojer from 90 Day Fiance reveal how they split up parenting roles. As first-time parents, they had a lot to learn. But, they have been able to do what works best for them as a family of three.
Kara Bass and Guillermo Rojer became first-time parents last year. They had wanted to wait a few years after getting married before having children. But their plan changed when they found out they were expecting.
The 90 Day Fiance couple welcomed a baby boy. They named their little one Nicolas Rojer. They were happy to become a family of three. However, becoming parents came with many challenges.
Kara explains that she and Guillermo have their own roles when it comes to parenting. The TLC couple split up parenting duties. She is with the baby when he’s at work during the day. She becomes the sole caretaker.
But when Guillermo comes home, he takes care of the baby. He handles bath time and gets him ready for bed. However, she has to feed him before he goes to sleep. She also wakes up throughout the night to feed him.
Guillermo also takes over baby duties on the weekends. The TLC celeb does whatever he can when he’s home.
Kara doesn’t think raising a baby is easy. So, she approaches every day by doing the best that she can. She always makes a to-do list and manages her time. But does she plan on having more children?
The 90 Day Fiance pair do plan on having more children. However, they don’t know when they want that to happen. They are still dealing with getting used to being a parent to one child. So, it will be a while until they have another little one.
However, Guillermo Rojer has been open about his desire to have a big family. He wanted a lot of kids. Yet, Kara didn’t seem to be on board. Having kids is a lot of work and isn’t easy. So, after having one, does he still want a soccer team of kids?
Kara Bass wants to teach her son that he shouldn’t let anyone tear him down. She feels the world will “eat you alive if you let it.” She thinks that people aren’t kind at times. And that is something her parents taught her growing up.
The 90 Day Fiance cast member also wants her son to always do what makes him happy. She feels that the only person you have to please is yourself, your family, and those who love you. However, she also admits that sometimes you shouldn’t care what other people think, even if they are your family.
She knows that being a parent can feel emotionally and physically painful. But it can also be a “beautiful journey.” And it is worth every tough and challenging moment you go through.
