Pedro Jimeno from The Family Chantel is reconnecting with old “friends” in a shocking Instagram selfie. The photo shows the grinning reality star with his arm around Coraima Morla. Morla was a topic of much controversy in his marriage with Chantel Everett.
Pedro and Chantel’s marriage was captured on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance. The 31-Year-old Gamer from the Dominican Republic met his wife, Chantel on a language website and instantly had a connection. However, their families did not.
There were many attempts to unite the families that mostly ended in thrown drinks and insults. Eventually, fans were so invested, that TLC created the spinoff The Family Chantel, where even more chaos would ensue.
Long time family friend, Coraima made her feelings for Pedro clear by flirting and dancing very closely with him early in her appearance on 90 Day Fiance. She was introduced to the couple by Pedro’s infamous sister Nicole Jimeno, who was enemy number one to his wife.
This of course left Chantel furious. Pedro was not supposed to spend time with her after the dancing incident. For the next few years Pedro and Chantel vowed to work on their marriage. However, their families continued to bring the drama.
By Season 4 of The Family Chantel, Coraima cryptically says “I really don’t rule out the possibility that Pedro and I at some point could spend time together.”
Seems like Coraima was either psychic or maybe there was a little more going than fans knew about. Because she was correct in her prediction. He posted a picture of the two of them and he is smiling ear to ear.
The caption of the beaming duo states “so glad to reconnect with old friends!” Is it finally time for them to give it a shot. Or was this post in response to ex-wife Chantel’s photo with her own “old friend.”
The reality star had posted an equally stunning photo of herself with Obed Corporan just before Pedro posted his. Obed was the couple’s friend on The Family Chantel and ended up having a huge fallout with him.
While Obed was initially only friends with Mr. Jimeno, he confided to Chantel that Pedro and his family had a plan all along for him to marry an American girl to obtain a green card. So, clearly at some point he jumped over and joined team Chantel Everett during the 90 Day Fiance version of the War of the Roses.
Chantel continued to confide in her handsome homie after the divorce. We now see that in Obed’s eyes, Chantel could simply do no wrong in how he explains the divorce. “I did feel sad when Chantel told me. But I felt sad for her and the situation she had to deal with,” he says about his friend.
“She didn’t deserve that. I would never think it was her fault, she’s the sweetest.” And it seems sweet is what Obed is too. Sweet on Chantel! Fans have suspected a possible romance with the two, judging from this latest picture of them at an event in New York City.
Apparently, Nicole is no longer speaking to her former best friend Coraima. In response to her brother’s picture she wrote “After Jesus… I had never seen a photo with Judas.” The disgruntled sibling also posted a puking emoji.
It is not clear what the beef was about, but Nicole is not happy about Coraima being with her brother. When asked, she says that “That’s definitely not a woman for him!!” She also refers to her as a “fake friend.”
Chantel Everett and Pedro Jimeno possibly dating other people. Nicole and Coraima having a friendship fallout. Fans are wondering if this all could play out in a Season 5 of The Family Chantel. Could this be a little sneak preview. We can only wait and find out.
