Tyray Mollett has not had an easy time accepting that the person he has been involved with online for the past three years is not who he thought she was.
Tyray’s trying to process the information and it has been difficult. He refuses to fully accept the situation for what it is. Deep in his heart, he hopes there has been some kind of mistake.
When Tyray of 90 Day Fiance talked with his sister LaShanti, she understood his pain. So she offers to help him investigate this person. She suggests a reverse image search. She wanted to see if she could come up with any details to ease his mind.
LaShanti makes several attempts to uncover any detail. However, she comes up empty-handed so for now Carmella/Christian’s identity remains a mystery to them.
When the search comes up empty 90 Day Fiance star breathes a sigh of relief. His sister expresses concern for how he is handling the situation.
She knows her brother feels many emotions. He can’t understand why she is ghosting him, and it drives him crazy. He also wants to believe her account may have been hacked.
Tyray Mollett hopes this nightmare will end up being just a big mistake. Plus, he’s not been honest with all of his siblings about his international online romance.
They are unhappy when he tells them he previously traveled to Barbados to meet her in person. But when they discover he has been sending her money every month, and she did not show up to meet him they become even more alarmed.
His siblings finally convince him to listen to the dating site recording of Christian showing he’s clearly a guy. It is tough for him, and he can’t make it through. He finds this upsetting.
So, he wants to leave. He is not ready to accept that this is all a scam. So until the TLC reality personality can come to terms with the facts he remains in denial.
