
Ashley: Track everything. Take photos, do your measurements and keep em in a folder. On days when motivation isn’t enough and the discipline is even lagging, I go here.I go back in time to where I started and I give myself props for all the long hours in the gym, meal prepping, packing food, tracking food, working on my program and sometimes just getting myself out of bed to go move my body.
We get so hard on ourselves, like if I can’t put in 2 hours, then I might as well not do anything – when that is so far from the truth.

Healing your relationship with food is about getting very clear and intentional about WHAT you fuel your body with, WHY you’re making that choice and WHEN you decide to do so.
