Leida Margaretha, former 90 Day Fiancé star, has once again listed Eric Rosenbrook as her husband in court documents — months after filing for legal separation. The revelation comes amid a storm of legal and emotional turmoil, including domestic abuse allegations, identity theft charges, and the tragic death of their newborn daughter, Alisa Rosenbrook.
On September 29, Leida, 36, filed paperwork in her new criminal case for alleged identity theft, stating that her household consists of herself and Rosenbrook, whom she labeled as both her “husband” and “spouse.” This follows her July 28 petition for legal separation, citing “too many domestic abuse events” as the reason for the breakup.
The separation came weeks after Rosenbrook was arrested for allegedly slapping Leida — charges he denies, with the case still pending. Shortly after, their daughter Alisa was removed from life support and passed away on July 8, 2025, as confirmed by Leida’s attorney, Taylor Hart.
Hart stated that Leida is “extremely distraught” and still seeking answers regarding the cause of her daughter’s death. He also defended her against multiple allegations, saying Leida “would never harm her child” and has endured “years of unfounded negative publicity.”
Despite obtaining a temporary restraining order against Rosenbrook in July — which she later dropped — both parties informed the court on August 28 that they wished to dismiss the separation case entirely, without offering any explanation.
In her latest filings, Leida also disclosed her financial situation: unemployed, no income, with only $275 in the bank, $160 in cash, and a 2018 Audi as her sole asset. She requested a public defender to face two felony charges for identity theft, linked to fraudulent transactions in 2023 using employer information.
The couple, who debuted on season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé in 2018, remains entangled in a narrative of tragedy, controversy, and a relationship that — legally — is still intact.
