Nebraska football has reignited a familiar storyline, securing the commitment of quarterback Daniel Kaelin, a name Husker fans already know well. Kaelin, who spent last season at Virginia, announced his return to Lincoln on Sunday night after an official visit, becoming the third scholarship quarterback on the roster.
Kaelin’s journey has been anything but straightforward. Originally the lone quarterback pledge in Nebraska’s 2024 recruiting class, he was overshadowed when five-star Dylan Raiola flipped from Georgia to Nebraska just before signing day.
