Rayne is a 38-year-old single mom to two kids from Española, New Mexico. Rayne met a blind man named Chidi from Nigeria on social media five years ago. Rayne sent a friend request to the 34-year-old Chidi without knowing he was blind. She went to meet Chidi in person in season 7 but was in for a shock when he refused to sleep with her, citing religious reasons.
Since then, Chidi has told fans that Rayne always knew about his celibacy. He also mentioned that Rayne and he had been broken up for three years out of the five, and she applied to be on 90 Day Fiancé without telling Chidi. She mocked Chidi by calling him a “boy” who couldn’t stand for someone he “loved.” Rayne insisted she wasn’t controlling or mean. As per Rayne, Chidi wanted to marry her but couldn’t because his family didn’t approve of her being “white.” She added that Chidi was “still breastfed,” and didn’t make any decisions on his own. Rayne claimed she wasn’t desperate but went to see if the “boy” truly loved her the way he claimed.
Rayne added a picture of a cartoon baby sitting down wearing a dirty diaper and surrounded by flies. She accused Chidi of calling her “around 55 times” once Chidi was back home away from his sister. According to Rayne’s Instagram caption, Chidi and his family did it for money and opportunity. She said she was “used and led on for 5 and a half years.” Rayne insisted that Chidi’s other siblings like her. Chidi supposedly started to “drift” once he started caring more about money. “I’m still standing,” Rayne posted, and said she was “always positive.”
