Nebraska quarterback Dylan Raiola has received an invitation to attend the prestigious Manning Passing Academy, the annual gathering of the nation’s top quarterbacks. The elite camp is scheduled to take place from June 26-29 in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
The invitation to the Manning Passing Academy, renowned for bringing together the cream of young football talent, is a significant recognition of Raiola’s performance.
The list of current college quarterbacks invited this Tuesday also includes notable names such as Marcel Reed (Texas A&M), Jalon Daniels (Kansas), Beau Pribula (Missouri), Sam Leavitt (Arizona State), Gunner Stockton (Georgia), Avery Johnson (Kansas State), Arch Manning (Texas), Cade Klubnik (Clemson), John Mateer (Oklahoma), Mark Gronowski (Iowa), Garrett Nussmeier (LSU), Drew Allar (Penn State), Luke Altmyer (Illinois), and others.
Raiola distinguished himself as one of the top freshman quarterbacks in the country last season for the Big Red. He demonstrated remarkable accuracy, completing over 67 percent of his passes, while throwing for 2,819 yards and 13 touchdowns.
His performance did not go unnoticed, as he led all FBS freshmen and ranked 14th nationally in completion percentage in 2024. Furthermore, he led all true freshmen and ranked third among all freshmen in passing yards. Raiola capped off his season by becoming the first true freshman quarterback to lead Nebraska to a bowl victory, completing 22-of-30 passes for 224 yards and one touchdown in the win over Boston College.
